Welcome to Amanda and Jason’s wedding! Their big day was all about elegance and simplicity, with soft and beautiful flowers adding a lovely touch. From the simple decor to the heartfelt moments, every detail made the day special. Let’s take a closer look at the highlights of this amazing celebration, where everything came together beautifully.

This wedding took place on a beautiful and warm August day! The weather was perfect and the golden hour made for the most gorgeous photos. You could tell that Amanda + Jason had very tight knit families and so the joy surrounding them throughout the day was contagious!

Amanda’s girls were adorned in satin for their wedding day! From the pj’s to the bridesmaids dresses. This made for a really cohesive and gorgeous photo gallery. They got the sweetest getting ready photos in their satin pjs toasting with some champagne and then went full glam for their bridal party photos. They had the most beautiful, petite bridesmaids bouquets that pulled the whole look together.

Jason’s mom not only held her special title as Mother of the Groom for the day but she was also the florist for the wedding day. As a wedding planner I typically do not suggest having family take on vendor roles but you could tell it was her joy to take this on and she did a beautiful job too! She was a professional florist back in the day and her skills were not lacking a bit. From the altar flowers to the bridal bouquet, it was all carefully planned and executed with professionalism and beauty.

After seeing so many speeches they all start to blend together but I will always remember Jason’s best man’s speech! He was so funny and ended the speech with a closing paragraph created by none other than Chat GPT. He started his speech by saying one section is from Chat GPT and it is up to us to figure out which one. It was pretty obvious by the end that he did NOT write the last paragraph! Everyone got a good laugh out of it. And who knows – I have a feeling he was onto something there. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw more AI generated speeches to come.

Amanda + Jason got married at our venue partner, Frugthaven Farms! We coordinate every wedding that happens on the farm and it is our joy to see how each couple transforms the space into their own from the decor they use to the energy their families bring to the space. We loved working with Amanda + Jason!
