Their Story

Lindsey and Tyler’s love story began years ago, back in junior high. They were friends throughout school, went their separate ways for college, and eventually reconnected after graduation. That reconnection turned into forever. Tyler proposed in the sweetest way—taking Lindsey back to where they had their very first date in November of 2015. When they returned home, she walked into a candlelit apartment where he popped the question. Their closest family and friends joined them afterward for a night of celebrating.

The Wedding Day

The couple tied the knot on June 23, 2023, at Bay Pointe Inn, a venue that instantly captured their hearts. “We didn’t have a wedding vision until we saw Bay Pointe,” Lindsey shared. “It was the first place that got us excited to plan a wedding. We loved that it was a smaller, more intimate venue that felt like a vacation. Our family and bridal party could stay on the property—and you couldn’t beat the views!”

Their day was filled with sunshine and smiles as the two said “I do” under a floral arch overlooking the water. The bridesmaids wore soft blush dresses that complemented the romantic pastel florals perfectly, while Lindsey stunned in a fitted gown with beautiful beading—her favorite detail of the day.

After the ceremony, guests gathered for an elegant reception on the covered terrace, featuring crisp white linens, gold accents, and timeless floral centerpieces that tied the look together beautifully.

Favorite Moments

When asked about her favorite part of the day, Lindsey shared that it was the simple, meaningful moments with their closest people. “Our favorite part was hanging out with our bridal party in the cottage before heading to the ceremony. It was all of our best friends and family together in one place.”

If she could change one thing? “I could have used another hour on the dance floor!”

When it came to planning, Lindsey’s top priority was having the right support system in place to reduce stress.
